Located in the heart of gallery land, in the New Town, on Dundas Street next to the junction with Great King Street. The Ringmaker is a ten minute walk from Princes Street, along Hanover Street which in fact becomes Dundas Street.
The Ringmaker exists to design and make beautiful one-off pieces of jewellery just for you.

This intimate shop has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There are always designers on hand to advise you but you can make an appointment with a specific designer or for a particular time if this will suit you better.

Interacting with the designer is enjoyable. A variety of options will be drawn for you. While taking into account your ideas and advising on the metal, stones and finishes best suited to your requirements this design process will take between 30 minutes and an hour on average.

The Ringmaker will source a selection of diamonds or other stones specific to your design requirements. Your piece can be made in Platinum, Palladium, 18ct gold, 9ct gold or silver.

If you have sourced your own diamond or have old or unwanted jewellery we can use that to create a wonderful engagement ring or a beautiful piece of jewellery you will be delighted to wear.

The shop has a good range of contemporary and traditional stock. You can browse at your leisure and our designers will be pleased to help you find what you are looking for. If you can't see what you want, why not use our design service.
