The entrance is between Black and Lizars and SK;N. Push buzzer No1 on the entry system and we will open the door for you. The Ringmaker exists to design and make beautiful one-off pieces of jewellery just for you. This new design studio allows better facilities for design consultations. You don't need to make an appointment but you can arrange to call at a specific time if this would suit you better. The relaxed atmosphere makes interacting with the designer easy as a variety of options are drawn out. While taking into account your ideas and advising on the metal, stones and finishes best suited to your requirements this enjoyable design process will take between 30 minutes and an hour. The Ringmaker will show you a selection of diamonds or other stones and make your piece in Platinum, Palladium, 18ct gold, 9ct gold or silver. If you have sourced your own diamond or have old or unwanted jewellery we can use that to create a wonderful engagement ring or a beautiful piece of jewellery you will be delighted to wear. The large and bright space shows off our range of contemporary and traditional stock to great effect. You can browse at your leisure and our designers will be pleased to help you find what you are looking for. If you can't see what you want, why not use the design service. |

Jane is Manager in The Ringmaker Glasgow. A graduate of Gray's School of Art, Aberdeen, Jane has been designing in The Ringmaker for over 14 years and has the interesting and exciting responsibility of sourcing all the gemstones for the company. Joanne graduated from Glasgow School of Art, and has been with The Ringmaker for six years. During this time she has proved to be exceptionally creative in many areas of design and assists Jane to source stones. Valerie is also a graduate from Glasgow School of Art and has been a valued member of the design team for five years in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. She enjoys the responsibility of sourcing the precious metals for The Ringmaker. Elaine is the newest member of our team. As she has recently graduated from Glasgow School of Art she brings a fresh approach to The Ringmaker. John is a graduate of Glasgow School of Art where he was a visiting lecturer for many years, his wide experience includes designing for many international companies, he has won international awards for jewellery design and is a founder member of The Ringmaker. |
